The Unirub Inflatable Shelter provides an instant and effective shelter under any circumstances in any terrain.
It is easily erected because of built-in supporting ribs, instead of the conventional rigid pole structure. Two persons can inflate the ribs and complete erection in 20 minutes, even with a IOW pressure blower. A foot pump is also provided for contingencies.
Another design feature that simplifies the assembly, is its one piece construction. The floor being an integral part ensures strong water and dust proof joints. This enables the shelter to be moved even after erection if necessary, Four to six men can lift the inflated shelter easily. The Unirub Shelter can be packed into a small compact package and is thus easy to store; transport and can even be heli-dropped. The shelter being modular can be joined directly with another or many others to form a larger unit. As such, the size is flexible.
